Booking & Cancellation Policy

Retainer Fee

A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the total project value is required to secure your booking and initiate the strategy phase.

Payment Schedule

Final balances are due 14 days prior to the event date or project delivery.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: The 50% retainer is forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: 100% of the total project fee is due and non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Molk Consulting LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to acts of God (including hurricanes or extreme weather events in Florida), strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date at our discretion.
